Coach House, Kent

Built on large farmland, the existing building was originally a farmhouse which has been converted to be a family home. Our scheme has been designed to frame the beautiful countryside views around the site.

The structure has been prefabricated in Latvia and transported to site to complete this modern modular construction building. 

House Hirani, London

Space is always in high demand in London. Our client wanted a design that extended and transformed his family home to accommodate his growing family.

We designed a single storey rear extension, loft conversion and remodelled the internal layout. The ground floor has a large open living space which has been future proofed by providing an adaptable space that can be later used as an accessible bedroom. The private rooms are on the upper floors with a new large en-suite bedroom in the loft space.
