HOUSE SUNDAY, LAGOS
House Sunday is a project in Lagos, Nigeria for our UK based client. We have worked closely with the client to develop the design for a family home that our client can use for holidays in the motherland.
The contemporary design reflects the client's influences from his travels. We had to get a deep understanding of the client to work out exactly what they wanted us to include in this contemporary design. The design adds to the local street scene, the palette of materials used draws inspiration from neighbouring buildings.

We act as the client's agent and make planning and building regulations applications to local authorities.

We assist clients in planning their projects to ensure they move from the drawing board to construction on site.

We produce detailed construction drawings and full specifications for contractors and building control officers.
