The proposed works comprise of enhancing an existing property by creating a dormer extension and
refurbishment of the existing conservatory to form a rear extension. The proposal also comprises the erection of a part single storey, part two storey side extension which has been stepped down and back to appear subservient to the existing property. The proposal extends the existing to property and creates 3no. self contained flats. 

The objective of this planning scheme is to maximize the residential usage within the property in a harmonious, innovative and respectful manner.

In order to achieve this the land has been carefully analysed to maximise the space and get high quality houses. The proposed extension will seat within the land and use the site levels to fit in harmoniously in the landscape.

The proposed extension is carefully located on site to minimise the visual impact on the street scene. The ridge line of the proposed extension is lower than the existing to make the extension subservient to the existing. 


The development itself provides four uniquely designed high quality units. Each one with their own secured cycling, refuse and garden storage with. Each flat will have their own parking space.
